Now that we have been back for a week and had a chance to settle down in our daily routine, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for the perfect organization for our trip. Everything went without problem, all reservations were met, we even got upgraded in Hanoi , all tour guides were punctual and professional . Though their command of English was of varying degrees of fluency, they all tried hard and were courteous, friendly and helpful.
 
As a feedback, one of the highlights was the Ginger junk boat in HaLong Bay. Thank you for recommending it. The accommodations, staff friendliness and efficiency, food quality and quantity, visit programs ashore...were all beyond expectations.
For hotels, the Renaissance Riverside in Saigon was our favourite, followed by the Hanoi Opera Hilton . Great facilities, staff and location.
The Dalat Sofitel is romantic and beautiful,Hotels in Hue and Nha Trang were very nice with long coastline.
Sorry we did not meet you in person. You will remain the mysterious face behind emails and phone calls...but thank you again for a fantastic trip. I will undoubtedly direct friends to use your services.

Thank you VERY VERY much for the absolutely incredible vacation - as you can imagine work has been pretty hectic , however I have been sending out your website info to everyone who has looked at my photographs - just today one of my clients came in and I HIGHLY recommended Vietnam and of course your company ( I think he may even consider it for his honeymoon instead of Mauritius now) Don't worry - I will continue to tell him all the great things about  your country and company. By next week I will write an article for the newspaper and will send you a copy as soon as they publish it as well as my proper thank-you letter to you and every one of our guides & drivers.

Once again - this has been the BEST trip we have ever taken and Matthew and I will DEFINITELY be returning to Vietnam.

 Accommodation: Exceptionally professional and friendly service. Extremely well organized on every short notice. Superb accommodation - Absolute luxury the whole way. Felt like a King and A Queen.Transportation & drivers: highly skilled drivers and all very friendly also willing to patiently stop and allow us to take photographs along the way. highly appreciative of the air conditioned vehicles.

 Suggestions: It would have been advantageous to know many different tour guides/drivers we would meet so that we could have brought them some South African souvenirs.

General comments: Loved having a tour guide who was so knowledgeable about the specific areas we visited. Very friendly, humorous ad pleasant made our experience and 1st trip to Vietnam an absolute pleasure - Definitely will return and use Vietnamtripadvisor.com

What a WONDERFUL HOLIDAY we had in Vietnam .  Although it is always nice to come home… we miss your beautiful country and it’s people very much. THANK YOU for making our holiday a memorable experience – everything you organized was perfect! The three Tour Guides we had did a great job, educational and always very entertaining. The bus, boat & air transport, hotels, tours, food venues meet our expectations and more. If we were to do the trip again….. I believe it was a perfect balance with a variety of boat, historical and religious tours, relaxation, cultural experience and of course time for shopping!

 Our experience in Halong Bay on the Junk was breathtaking – the view, service, meals, kayaking, cave & village tour certainly impressed us all. We believe that Pilgrimage Village Resort was a beautiful place to stay and once all of the building is fully completed will be the perfect quiet resort.  We especially loved the Whale Island Resort Experience – the children enjoyed ‘windsurfing’ and we all enjoyed the opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle.  The Red Bridge Cooking School was great, not only did we learn how to cook Vietnamese style, we also had plenty of fun doing it!! The visit to the SOS orphanage and school was loved by all, for us it was inspiring to see the work that SOS is doing for the orphans – we felt blessed to have the opportunity to visit these smiley happy children and hopefully we brought a small amount of joy to them as well. (it was a very worthwhile part of our journey in Vietnam ). Our journey to Mekong Delta was long, however very worthwhile – visiting the delta villages and the floating market was fascinating.

 I know there is even more to mention – however I’ll leave that to some of the others who traveled as well…. I’m sure they will be happy to give you their special highlights!
