Q. What is a
Sapa-Travel.com account ?
A: Sapa-Travel.com offers FREE Membership. Your
member account consists of your Personal Contact
Information and Travel Bookings. For individual
members, your Email address is your account
name. For Corporate accounts, your account name
will be sent to your designated contact person.

my Membership ?
A: As a Sapa-Travel.com member, you are able to
enjoy benefits such as:

Q. How do I become a
Member ?
A: Simply complete the Registration Form. Enter
a valid Email address as your Member Name. A
Password will be sent to that address. When you
receive your initial Password, complete the
registration process.

Q. How do I change my
Password and account name ?
A: Login and go to your profile page. Click on
the Change Password link. Enter your new
Password, click Submit. It is currently not
possible to change the password you have been
assigned.

Q: What if I forget my
Account Name or Password?
A: If you forget your Account Name, try using
your most common Email addresses. If you can't
remember your Password, send us an Email and we
will Email it back to you.

Q. Do I need to enter
my Personal Contact Information ?
A: Your personal contact information is
optional, but it saves time when filling out
booking forms – the information is automatically
inserted. It also lets us get to know you better
and helps us contact you quickly if we need to.

Q. How can I change my
personal contact information?
A: Simply login, change the information in your
Registration & Profile page and click Submit.

Q: What's the benefit of a Travel Booking
history ?
A: A Travel Booking history lets you view all
your bookings with us since the date you joined.
The longer your Travel Booking history, the
greater the discounts you can enjoy. To view
your Travel Booking history, go to your member
profile page and follow the Travel Booking
History link.

Q: How do I cancel my
membership?
A: Cancel your
membership anytime you wish. After cancelling,
you can continue to use the Sapa-Travel.com
website, but will no longer enjoy the benefits
offered to members. To cancel your membership,
go to the Login page, click on the Cancel
Membership link under the member section. Click
Cancel Membership to remove your account. Click
OK to confirm your cancellation. Click Cancel if
you change your mind.

Q: When is the best
time to travel Vietnam?
A: Vietnam
climate and temperature are varied and different
between regions. So there is no best time to
travel Vietnam or any time is the best time to
travel to Vietnam. You could travel Vietnam all
year round. At any time of the year, climate is
good in some regions while not so good in some
other regions. You can always select a suitable
tour.

Q: What are the hotels
like?
A: You always
can find good hotels in big cities and famous
tourist spots in Vietnam. Hanoi and HCMC offers
the best selection of hotels. However, it is
observed the fast growth of good hotels and
resorts in other tourist spots in the recent
years. For your reference, below is our

Q: Who is my guide?
A: We have a
strong and multilingual guide team coming from
all regions of the country. They are chosen for
their professionalism, rich knowledge,
commitment, personal ties with the country and
region and ability to inspire and communicate
with you. They will be your dedicated friends
during and after your trip. Many of our
customers still exchange email with them long
after their trip.

Q: What about our meals
and transportation?
A: We try our
best to provide you a good selection on meals as
well as safe and comfortable means of
transportation. You can find information on
meals, transportation, etc. in the “How we
travel” section following the detail itinerary
of each tour.

Q: Are there any hidden
cost you do not mention? What about tipping?
A: No, there
are no other costs. Our price covers everything
except personal expenses. Generally, tipping is
not compulsory. If you are satisfied with your
guides, drivers, a small gratuity is an
appropriate way in which to show appreciation to
them.

Q: It is safe to travel
Vietnam?
A: Many may
think Vietnam is unsafe to travel. But the fact
is quite different, generally Vietnam is safe.
However, you should exercise caution and use
common sense to avoid incidences of personal
misfortune. But do not worry, our guides will
advise you what is “do and don’t” case by case.

Q: What about medical
insurance?
A: It is
advised that travelers should have some form of
medical insurance before arriving in Vietnam.
Although there are several international medical
clinics in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, generally
the country still lacks adequate medical care
for serious illnesses and injuries, especially
in other areas. Therefore, we advise that
travelers have sufficient cover for emergency
medical care as a precautionary measure.
